What does "FSC-Certified" mean?
FSC stands for the Forest Stewardship Council®. Being FSC-certified means our cork is sourced from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. The harvesting process is completely sustainable; the bark of the cork oak tree is carefully stripped away every 9 to 12 years without ever harming or cutting down the tree itself, allowing it to naturally regenerate.
What makes cork an eco-friendly choice?
Cork is one of nature’s most incredible materials. It is completely natural, biodegradable, and renewable. Because the cork oak tree continues to grow after its bark is harvested, it actually absorbs up to five times more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere than an unharvested tree to fuel the bark regeneration process. Choosing cork helps actively support global reforestation and carbon reduction.
Are your products water-resistant?
Yes! Cork naturally contains a substance called suberin, a waxy component that makes it highly resistant to moisture, liquids, and rot. This natural barrier makes our cork products perfect for holding live plants, handling condensation from drinks, or acting as a protective desk surface.

How do I use and care for the Test Tube Planters?
Our planters (including the Oval, Cylindrical, Tabletop Feather, Cork Bark, and Fridge Magnet styles) combine premium cork with a glass test tube insert.
• Planting: Simply fill the glass test tube with water for propagating plant cuttings, or fill it with soil for tiny succulents.
• Cleaning: The glass tubes are easily removable for quick rinsing or water changes. To clean the cork base, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth and let it air dry completely.
Will the Fridge Magnet Planters hold safely on my refrigerator?
Absolutely. Our magnetic planters feature strong, embedded magnets designed to securely hold the weight of the cork base, the glass test tube, water, and your plant without slipping. They attach effortlessly to any magnetic surface like refrigerators, filing cabinets, or magnetic whiteboards.
How do I clean my Cork Desktop Mat and Belly Coasters?
Because cork is naturally antimicrobial and water-resistant, keeping it clean is simple:
• Wipe away spills, coffee rings, or ink marks immediately using a soft, damp cloth.
• For stubborn spots, use a tiny drop of mild, eco-friendly dish soap with water.
• Always let your mat or coasters air dry completely before placing items back on top. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or submerging the cork entirely in water.
How do the Cork Desk Calendars work?
Our Large and Small Cork Desk Calendars are timeless, reusable cork block sets. Instead of throwing away a paper calendar every year, you manually adjust the blocks to display the correct day, date, and month. It’s a completely waste-free, beautifully tactile addition to any workspace. It is also a great way to teach your kids about dates and keeping them away from screens.

What is your return policy?
